Hi, took me forever to get parts and everything picked but I've finally finished the build. How does it look? Any suggestions? Don't want to go any higher on the price whatsoever.

That would more expemsive and if you overclock the 270x you can get pretty close. Very solid build BTW!

The GTX 760 completely beats out the R9 270x in terms of performance so I might consider getting it.

The performance difference between brands is usually very little. Usually 10-20MHz in GPU and maybe a slight bump in memory frequency if you are lucky.

The main difference is cooling solutions. Better quality fans will run quieter and give more overclocking potential.

Axial fans usually cool better and run quieter but they vent hot air back inside your case which can be problematic for SLI/X-Fire.

Radial fans are usually louder and less efficient, but they vent air out the back of the case.

From the ones you posted, I would simply get the cheapest :)

With that PSU 520W should be fine. Doesn't leave you much headroom for upgrades, but it's enough.

Power supply ratings can be very confusing as higher wattage doesn't necessarily mean it can power more. It mostly comes down to how many amps it can provide down the 12v rail as this powers both the CPU and GPU, which is the bulk of your power usage.

There are plenty of instances where a good quality 500W PSU could power more than a cheaper 600W PSU.

I completely understand the point you are making. I actually changed the PSU to a "Corsair 600W Builder Series CX Series CX 80 Bronze ATX Power Supply"... would it be better than the SeaSonic 520W?

The Corsair will provide more power but slightly lower build quality/reliability.

Not saying the Corsair is poor quality, infact they are quite high quality for the price, but Seasonic are widely regarded as the most reliable PSU manufacturer.

I'm just worried that the Seasonic 520W won't be enough for overclocking... So based on overclocking would 520W be enough?
