New CPU upgrade

Really nothing worth upgrading to from Ivy bridge. Haswell is little better but if really you want to upgrade a I5 4670K and good OC Z87 board would be an upgrade but only if you overclock.

do you play a lot of RTS or similar games, like Starcraft II, the Total War series, Civ V, etc.? yes? maybe an OCed i7-4770K + decent Z87 motherboard.
no? nothing really, REALLY worth the cash for most games, especially if you don't OC. you're likely to see better gains with a GPU upgrade in most FPS or 3rd person action/adventure. or save it up for a year or two; by then maybe there'd be something worth upgrading to. maybe.
