To start off i know this is a dumb question

Right now i have a 380 watt psu with a GT630 GPU
the GT630 fan drives me crazy and theres a second-hand GTX580 for sale for only 130€ at the moment

i dont game alot but i dont want a shitty gpu either(i know i have a shitty psu but im on a budget)
i'm not planning to push everything out of the GPU either
So the question is, what happens when i put a gtx 580 in my system with 380 watt psu?

Solution
you will need a psu upgrade for 580,,, No one would recommend a PSU below 500W for a GTX 580. Plus i dont think your PSU will be having two six pin power connectors for powering your GPU.
