Possible to change GPU for Fugitsu Lifebook S Series?

I do have a question for you. You see, I am using Fugitsu Lifebook S Series. The model is SH760. Everything is smooth except for gaming. The problem is that my GPU is Geforce 310M. I need at least 400M to experience optimal gaming experience. I wonder if it is possible to replace the GPU or perhaps consider extenal graphic card to boost gaming experience? Is it possible to change the GPU? I got this laptop around year 2010.

It is possible to change a graphics card in a laptop, but only super high end laptops like Dell's Alienware support it. Additionally you will need to buy a laptop GPU, and don't know if you can get one in your local store.
In mainstream laptops, the graphics card is soldered in. Nothing can be done.
