When i play windowed games a part of the window runs a bit on the second screen and when i run games fullscreen my second screen becomes black. I'm running the games on my right screen which is my main screen. My GPU is a Nvidia Msi GTX 770 Lightning edition. I already tried windows basic and to drag my monitors around in the resolution configuration.

Basically this first, make sure everything is up to date and that your resolution and display settings are optimal. Thereafter you should check your configuration in the Nvidia control panel and make sure that screen one and two are defined as they should be etc.
Possibly stupid question but are both of your screens the same size?
Since it laps to the other screen when in windowed mode I'm guessing that you are using the resolution of the 27" monitor on your game and then moving the game window to the 24" monitor causing it to lap over to the other side since its too small. Check if thats the case and return with more info.
