Will GTX650ti fits in the DDR2 Motherboard.

Hey I have DDR2 motherboad and I wanted to purchase the GTX650ti, will it work on my DDR2 gigabytes motherboard or not.

Yes, it will fit, the only thing you need is an empty PCIe x16 slot at mobo, cause any PCIe 3.0 card, is backwards compatible to any PCIe x16 1,1/2,0/ etc..

Its just the max bandwidth difference b/w both 2.0 provides bandwidth upto 16Gbps (1Gbps per lane) whilst 3.0 provides double the bandwidth ie. 32Gbps (2Gbps per lane).

and all the data is theoretical ,, the avg. high end GPU hardly uses 2.0 fully.

A GTX650/ti can give you good performance at 1920 x 1200 in most games.
GDDR5 is memory type, is the fastest till now.
For instance GDDR5 doubles GDDR3 speed, so is much faster.

it depends on the kind of game you are planning of playing, I think you will be kinda limited cause to your old specs in general, such as CPU and DDR2 memory limitation, however as i told you before, A GTX650/ti can give you good performance at 1920 x 1200 in most games with your specs.

To answer that question you have to tell us what games you want to play, and some more information about your dual core processor. Is it an Intel? An AMD? What model? You can tell by holding the Windows key (normally between left control and left alt) and pressing "R," then typing dxdiag into the Run window that pops up. If that keyboard shortcut does not work, then just go to the start menu and click run and type the same thing.

Additionally, do you have a power supply that can handle the 650 Ti? Just because it will fit in your motherboard doesn't mean it will work with your system. Just make sure you have at least a 400W Power Supply.

Yes I have 600 watts of power supply and I have Intel Dual core - CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz(2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
And I wanted to play games like AS4, COD ghosts, NFS rivals, BF4, Crysis 3. I also saw some videos on utube, its works perfect with this graphic card and my PC specs. So now What would you say. ??

Yes, some of them at mediun settings, cause those are a very GPU demanding games, So in order to get at least 30fps, you will have to set down some options and disable some filters, reducing a bit the overall graphic quality of the game, but still a decent look.
