hey, my minecraft suddenly dropped it's fps, so i opened my ''task management'' thing and i deleted something named ''chrome'' i thought it had something to do with my internet and i saw 5 of them so i deleted the one with the least % of use, and now my desktop is empty there's nothing on the bottom of my screen and my right-click thing on my mouse doesn't work either, i can't open anything. help.
