Just recently installed Xfx r9 270 gpu and 850w psu. Getting no picture or no monitor detected. Tried reinstalling old card now also not working. When I attach cable to motherboard no picture there as well. But didn't have picture when was working properly. Any suggestions? All fans run and turn on properly but no monitor detected. Also have double checked connections?

PSU power connected to the card?
Complete system specs would be helpful.

Ended up taking to my IT guy. He took the ram out and turned on the computer. No lights or sounds. Put ram back in and it worked! Plays dayz at full blast smooth as silk
