Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

New cartridges, no black printing

I have replaced all ink cartridges but when I print in color, only the color part prints; and when I print in greyscale, nothing at all prints. Help!

What brand is the printer? Have you tried cleaning the print heads?

Canon MG5220, and no I haven't but I will google how to do that. Thanks for the suggestion.
