DDR2 800 3GB enough????

I am playing games like NFS Rival, COD Ghost, BF4, Crysis 2 & 3 in 720p and mid settings (20-30 FPS).. I am using Win 8.1.. Except Cryengine, i am facing Sudden FPS Drops.. My Spec= Intel Pentium E5400 @ 3.44 GHZ(O.C),
RAM= 2 GB DDR2
GPU= GT 430 (O.Ced above GT 440)
am I having memory bottlenecks? Will there be any benefit if i add another DDR2 800 1gb????

come on Guys, thats not my answer ..... every one knows,,, Investing 1000$= 5x performance, its pretty easy solution.. I don't want to say goodbye to my system just yet, its capable to run recent games at reasonable FPS. To play them smoothly I need a new system??????? ................!:no:

I understand you do not want to spend money and I respect that, but you also have to realize when it's time to move on from a system. When you have to play games at 720p and need to set the detail settings to low to be smooth, it means your system is just not cutting it anymore. A 7 year old ps3 or xbox 360 can play better than your system, that alone should tell you something. As Novuake said, either be happy with it or get a new system.
