Hello, So i was browsing through internet until my internet turned off. I decided to restart the modem but by going for the modem i accidentaly pulled the powersupply plug out of the socket. When it turned on it said "bootmgr is missing" and didnt turn on. I payed little mind to it and restarted the computer and now the PC turns on for about 10-15 seconds and then restarts. None of other components turn on (monitor, mouse, keyboard) the monitor is working but it doesnt show the image. Any ideas?

With the improper shutdown your bootmgr got corrupted, since the system cannot find any bootable source it will stay in a loop like you're experiencing, follow this guide to fix your bootmgr:

http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/fixing-boo...

It also works for Windows 7 and should be the same for Win8 (dunno which OS you currently have)

tried it, no point as the monitor is not working (although the Led shows that its on),mouse is not working, keyboard is not working.

Try clearing your CMOS, sometimes when there's a fluke in the power the BIOS settings get messed up causing this situation.
