Need Help building 520$ gaming pc please

Well my birth day is coming up and im looking to build myself a gaming pc but i only have 520$ to spend and am not sure what to get i would like to play elder scrolls online bf4 cod ghosts crysis 3 with no lag! :) my current screen res is 1280x720 and its only a dvi input idk if that matters or not any way looking for good suggestions on Cpu,Gpu,Power Supply,Motherboard,Ram. i have the rest of the parts needed.

yes i live in the us and i dont have a case atm but i can easly get one to accommodate w/e build i get later on rather spend full budget on gpu cpu motherboard power supply Ram

Sounds like you like doing online multiplayer, right? I thought about picking an Athlon II x4, but instead I went a little lower on the GPU to get you a little bit better of a CPU.
