Hi

I have a comupter that just gets random lag spikes on google chrome, games and skype.
I have tried to change my Ethernet cabel, but the same happends. I tried to put my ethernet cabel into a laptop and every thing just works fine on: google chrome, games and skype. Tried to reset my router many times and the same just happends. I can't figure it out. It's so frustrating and annoying. I don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone help me figure this out?

The problem seems to be coming from the computer itself if the problem is isolated to one device. I would do a malware scan (using malwarebytes free if you do not currently have one). You could also try downloading hijackthis and posting the results to hijackthis.de.

A second option, is you could run a program like NetLimiter and track which programs are sucking up your bandwidth, and can even go as far as to control how much each program is allowed to suck up. Best of luck to you from here, hopefully it is something as simple as malware or some program you don't need just running in the background. - Sub
