I ran into this problem too. I fixed it completelysimply by following these steps:
1. Right click on the Bluestack icon on the browser.
2. Click on the Properties option
.3. Click on the"Compatibility" tab.
4. Make sure "Run this program in compatibilty mode for:" is UNCHECKED.
5. Click "Ok" to exit the Properties window. and try to open it now
