Budget Gaming Monitor for < £150

I am in the process of buying the final component of my new gaming build. I am looking for the best 22-24" monitor for less than £150 to be used with a ASUS GTX770 2GB.

I would prefer it to have onboard speakers and a refresh rate of less than 5ms.

I am swinging towards Asus' VE range and I've also heard Acer's monitors are good.

Also, is it better to go for an IPS monitor, I've heard the budget ones (~£150) are poor quality, with ghosting ect.

Can someone help me decide?
Thanks!
