Low cpu performance

Hello;

I have 1100t with sabertooth 990fx, all is running ok, but when I enable cool & quite + C1E in bios(and the rest of options are all on default), pc performance goes down, I have been testing it with Unigine Heaven and games, and there is a 15%-20% drop in performance(fps) just by using those power saving options.

So any thoughts on that?

The CPu dowbnclocks to save power. with those states off it is constantly running at factory speeds ( 3.2Ghz i believe?) with cool n quiet it may downclock itself in Benchmarks due to power savings, lowering its performance

I know cpu downclocks to save power, but it ramp up when benchmarking or playing games to full speeds 3.3-3.7Ghz.

maybe the power saving is being a bit weird. Id leave it off so you get full performance

Ok, if I left it off, then VID is on 1.4v-1.47v all the time without throttling down, even when not doing anything. Even 6cores with power savings enabled is slower that 3cores with power savings off. Is that something normal since you have amd cpu too?

Im on the newer piledriver architecture not k10 which is what the phenoms are based off of. Maybe its a weird conflict with the CPu thinking that the program isnt as demandign as it truly is
