Hi, have an old motherboard P5BW-LA, want to upgrade my OS to windows 7, my video card radeon x1600 series is not compatible with windows 7, is my motherboard compatible to this video card - R5450-MD1GD3H/LP? My PSU has a maximum of 300W.Any help appreciated. thank you.

Your 300 watts PSU will be sufficient for the R5450-MD1GD3H/LP graphics card and the card is Windows 7 compatible (drivers to be downloaded and installed from the graphics card manufacturer's website).
I didn't find much information on the motherboard. If it has a PCI slot that will accept the card, plug it into it.
