Do Geforce graphic cards work on FM2+ motherboards?

I'm researching builds and decided to use the A10-7850K Kaveri Processor with the Asus A55BM-E Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard. I want to have a GTX 760 graphic card in the build and was curious as if that would in any way conflict with the APU.
I appreciate any answers and thank you!
Edit: 430w Corsair Modular Power Supply

No conflict the onboard graphics will just disable. The PSU is on the small side for that card and is lacking one PCIe power connector to power it.
yes any pcie 2.0 or 3.0 at x16 will work. just realize the APU is not a good idea if you are going to be using 760 as the CPU will probably bottleneck it, you should get a dedicated CPU like the FX 6300 (am3+) paired with a 970 chipset mobo, it would be heaps better.

fully true that apu is desinged for onboard graphics and for people who want a simple gaming rig for a low price its basically a radeon hd 6xxx series gpu thats integrated in it the fx 6300 will do fine and even better than the a10 - 7850 k
