You can't. If the "crash" was caused by the failure of the circuit board interface attached to the drive, then you can take it to a repair shop and they can locate the exact same circuit board and replace it for you, but the last time I did that it cost over $130.
If the "crash" was caused by mechanical failure of the drive (e.g., a head crash), then it will probably cost you over $1,000 to recover data and there is no guarantee it can be recovered (it depends on exactly what failed and if the magnetic substrate of the platters was still intact).
