access point -- dhcp server

i would like to ask if there is a access point that suport diferrent ip range on dhcp server from the static ip that i use to connected with internet.
for example: if my static ip for the access point is 155.207.166.80 could i give the ip range 192.168.1.50 to 192.168.1.200 , to dhcp server??

if these model can not there is some other model which i can create a diferent subnet on the dhcp server???

i would like to setup a access point to a school and they give me this ip 155.207.166.80 . at the dhcp a must put an ip range with diffenet subnet.1.100 to 1.200 which access point - model must buy????

any help please!!
