How to start computer

Hi,

I just finished building my computer with this parts:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($88.94 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus A55BM-E Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($47.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot Viper 3 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($38.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R7 250 2GB Video Card ($74.78 @ Newegg)
Case: Sentey GS-6070 Abaddom ATX Mid Tower Case ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Hard Drive: Western Digital WD10EVVS-63M5B0 1TB SATA
Drive: cd-rw/dvd drive ts-l463

So now i want to start my computer. But before that i want to know what i am supposed to do to start my computer. I have to install bios, Window 7, and graphics card software and i don't know how to do so? Can you help?

What do i do with the CD that comes with the Motherboard?

That is for motherboard drivers. Install that after you get Windows working. Install the GPU drivers at this time as well.

From online, right? i dont have to buy anything extra?

Any drivers can be had direct from the manufacturers. No purchase necessary.
