I have the Nzxt Guardian 921 RB case and the 3 LED lights (not the sensors) are not turning on. This computer is only 1 month old. Is there a spot on the motherboard that I can check to see if it is plugged in or not? I have ASUS X79 Sabertooth motherboard.

You prolly didn't hook up the front IO connectors. Or maybe you're missing some. I highlighted in red to show you.

I remember when I first turned it on, those lights did not turn on. After 5-10 mins they finally turned on. After that I have not payed attention to them until now. Is there any way I can trigger all of the lights to test them?
Regarding to your picture I don't think any of those IO ports are for the front 3 LED lights on the case.

In the area you mentioned, the far right port. There are 3 2pin connectors. I unplugged and replugged them back in.
There was also a connector in the first tan slot and for the slot to the left of that. But those ports arnt for the LEDs, right?

There are no wires from the door to the motherboard. You just screw in the door to the hinges like a read door. I think its just a problem with the door, the lights could be not working inside it.

The Guardian case in which you're talking about has the three red led lines on the front of the door. I actually had the same problem with my lights not working so I took the door off. It is actually only one very small led that lights up a clear plastic. This is powered by molex... Not the motherboard. The lights in question are not indicators of any sort, merely cosmetic.

If you have any soldering skills you could simply solder on a new led. Would be cheap. Though I'm trying to find out if I can't just find that exact cable in order to replace it.

Also, taking the door off is a simple break down including a couple screws and two cotter pins.
