Is this a good Budget-Build?

I had a 1500$ budget- including os and monitor- and I think I did rather well. I can maybe go to about $1600, if you feel the build isn't good. I'm pretty new to this, but I've done some sizable research.

750 W is a little overkill even if you are going to overclock and its not big enough if you plan on adding a second GTX 770 down the road, and myself, I'd avoid the Corsair CX series, they are Corsair's budget line, not as good as their other units. I'd look for a quality 650W from Seasonic, XFX, Antec or Corsair (except their CX series) if you are only going to be using a single GPU and overclocking, an ~850W if you plan to add a second GTX 770 eventually.
