Hi
Recently, I got a new Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition and have lowest fps than my friend with his Radeon 6850.

I have The 7870 and a Phenom II X6 1045T processor

He has a 6850 and a FX-6300 Vishera.

May his processor make him have more FPS than me?

that would be a negitive on the overclocking.. more than likely seeing as how its a vendor board. maybe if you got a different motherboard but when you add the cost of a motherboard and the limited overclocking you would get from that processor if i remember right most people were getting like 3.6 or 3.7 GHZ which would help but this is one of those times I would say it would be better to upgrade the processor and motherboard you can still use the same ram and other parts.

I have a 1090T how ever I get about 60 + fps in world of warcraft on ultra with a 270x basically a 7870.. I get 60+ in star craft and league of legends i cant say. because I dont play that game but sounds like you should look into overclocking it. I know at stock config I dont get near those frames I have mine overclocked to 4GHZ I can go to 4.1 but cooling becomes an issue sense your cpu is multiplier locked you have to overclock the frontside bus.
