I dont know if you have figured ot that these cards are really old.... you wont be able to buy them anymore unless your on ebay. I would recommend you buy a 7770ghz if you are on a budget or a 660

I would rally recommend buying a 7770 but since you are getting a free card the 6670 is a no brainier. I don't know what cpu you have but you should consider getting a AMD A-10 6800k so you can dual graphics

640 or 6670 are roughly equal.
640 is a newer card.

gddr5 is better than ddr3 and you will not be able to play BF4 with the 6670 you would at least need a 7770 to run the game at playable fps

6670 ddr3 < 640 ddr3 = 6670 ddr5
6670 has faster memory but 640 has newer core (nvidia kepler, still used in 7XX cards, only slightly refreshed).
6670 in one generation behind.

I used to play bf4 on 6670, it runs at 40+ fps with the lowest settings and 1366x768 resolution

Yes, if you drop you resolution to 720p and use the lowest settings it can stil play every game. Make sure you have the gddr5 version though
