Hi guys, so basically last night I was playing my games as usual and 1/2 way through a match I start getting lag (bf4) I chalk this up to server side lag and call it a night. Today I log in again load up the game and notice I am still getting these crazy shutters I look at my system do a defrag and what not and then notice that 7.4 out of 8gb being used of my ram.

My system specs are

3770k (no oc)
Gigabyte ud3h z77 motherboard
8gb of 1600mhz ram
windows 8.1
Gigabyte 7970 3gb windforce
60gb soild state (run windows only apart from a small game here and there)
1TB black edition western digital for all my games and things like origin and steam
2TB western digital used for downloads and music etc.

I have restarted, I also just re seated my ram just to make sure, as soon as i boot it is 7.4 gb used without touching anything.

I also just went though and end task anything that was over 20mb used or anything that I am not sure of and still reading 7.4 used.

Okay so I have seemed to have fixed the problem and have done a short test and all seems well I will report back if the problem persists.

I removed skydive a program that comes with 8.1, I wanted to uninstall it anyway and figured might as well do it now as I wait for a response. As soon as I did (though a reg edit as there seems no uninstall button so to speak) I went from 93%/7.4gb in use down to 21%/1.7gb in use which is about normal for me.

As I have said If the problem comes back and it was simply coincidence in removing skydive I will let everyone know but I am assuming its a bug and something they have yet to iron out.

Had a google and found I am not the only one with the issue here is the problem again (cpu and ram this time) and a fix without removing skydive
