Possible overheating while playing games?

I recently built my own computer and had no problems for the first month. I was able to play many games a good 50-60 fps. It was until yesterday that I started having problems. It kept shutting down/ going into some sort of sleep mode. I tried using furmark to see what temperature it can get to before it shuts off and it seems to be about 85-86 degrees Celsius. Please help!

I have recently been trying to play Titanfall and my computer now shuts down at around 65-70 degrees celsius.

I have recently installed 2 Gigs of RAM around the time that this started happening. Could that be a reason this has been happening?

Why would a RAM stick cause your GPU to overheat?
You can try taking it out of course and testing your PC without it.

Just took out the other RAM stick. It doesn't turn off now! I don't know what to do to get more RAM now, though. Possibly it was just that specific stick?

Alright, couple of days later now, and its doing it again. So, I now know it wasn't the ram, but now I have to find out what the real problem is.
