Is this PC good for next-gen games on High-Ultra?

hey.
I finished building my PC. I'm very excited for Watch Dogs, and I wanted to know if my PC can run this and other games, specifically next gen, at High/Ultra settings at 60 FPS. If not... what settings could i play on?

AMD FX 6300 Vishera (Stock settings)
HIS Radeon Hd 7870 Ghz Edition (Stock)
8 GB 1866 DDR3 RAM
1 TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
Windows 8.1 64 Bit
1920x1080 Resolution Monitor
There are the most important parts for performance/gaming that I listed. Would they be good for next gen at a good FPS?

Unfortunately no it will not run next-generation titles at ultra settings at 60FPS. On certain titles you will probably be able to hit 60FPS on high settings, but as time goes on you will most likely have to run them at medium settings. You GPU is decent, actually used to be one of my favorite price-performance wise, but it will have a tough time handling future games. If you want to get better framerates and haven't bought the parts and it is in your budget, I would look at a GTX 760, it is faster than the 7870 and hasn't gone up in price like the Radeon cards have. It sucks that the AMD cards have shot up, my friend got a 7870 for $150 this past November.

Okay. What about running Watch Dogs?
  3. Well I can't say for sure since the game isn't out yet, but looking at the requirements your CPU is a fair bit lower than what is asked for (i7-3770 @ 3.5 GHz or 8350 @ 4.0 GHz), and I am guessing your GPU will be okay but not for max settings. In fact, since the game seems to be so CPU-heavy, you might be getting lower FPS that expected because it is using so much CPU and not as much GPU, but it's hard to say. I would expect medium to high settings on that game.
