Computer turns on by it's self after i plug it in

After I plug back in my Dell Inspiron 530, It turns right back on by its self and resets the CMOS also. After it turns on, it shows diskette failure. I have to go into the bios to correct the date and config after it turns back on. I think it might be the CMOS Battery. Why is my pc turning back on by it's self after I plug it back in???

did u choose Option save and exit in BIOS,AFTER date and time correction.

Yes, I did save the date and time after I did the correction. It only does it when I unplug it and then plug it back in, it turns back on immediately

Yeah, sounds like a problem with the CMOS battery. As for why it turns itself on, it's fairly common for a motherboard to have a BIOS option like "Restore on AC/Power Loss", and possibly your board defaults this to "Power On" instead of "Power Off".

sounds like power button stock,maybe broken. unplug the computer and check the button did it work,did you hear click.
