r9 280x out of stock, what to replace with?

Just went over my parts and noticed Radeon r9 280x is out of stock on every single site.
I have a budget of £260 for a Graphics Card but will UP it if I need to, anyone recommend a better card than Radeon r9 280x? Within the price range.

Want to play BF4 on Ultra with atleast 50+ fps and any other game.

The plan was with the Gigabyte Radeon r9 280x was to overclock it just a little, is that possible with the Graphics Card you have suggested? Should have mentioned that in the first post my fault.
