I want to know which GPU to choose for my build

I compared them on a few websites and just couldn't figure out how to choose one.
In Favor of 770: Price, comparable benchmarks, more vram, higher core clock (will overclock so not really a factor)
In Favor of 780: Better overall benchmark score, higher memory bus, better for 3 monitors, better drivers
They are both pretty similar, but I really want performance.
Other system specs:
AMD Fx-8320 (will overclock)
MB: Asus M5A99X EVO R 2.0
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16 GB (2x8) DDR3-1600
Or if you know of a similar card for a better price let me know too.
