Few questions about my future build

Hi, first of all, sorry for my bad English, I speak French (I'm french Canadian, I don't go on French forums because at this time they are all sleeping, and they don't have the same money as us ($ and €) ).
I want to build my own computer, but I have a few questions, first, this is what I plan to buy:
Asrock Z87 pro4 (95$)
i5-4670k (250$)
EVGA GTX 770 2GB W/ ACX Cooler (330$)
8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1333 (Latency: 7) (90$)

What I'm not sure:
Should I get a Seidon 120v or a 212 evo, I may want to overclock. (The 212 evo is better in this case) but the Seidon looks way better (Is the performance's difference that big?) They are both at the same price.

Which power supply should I get? I won't do SLI in the future. Under 50$ if possible.

Should I get a SSHD, or a SSD+HDD (In this case, they will be both cheap and small, because my budget is limited). All I want is to boot my computer faster, I don't care about the time it takes to load an application.

Should I get the Corsair 230T or the Enermax iVektor. (The iVektor looks a bit better, but it is 15$ more(because I need to buy 2 fans))

Finally, will all those pieces be compatible? Will the ram fits with the 212 evo? Will I be able to overclock? Will it last long and play every games in ultra? (I play on a single 1080p monitor)

Thanks!

PS: When I say "Looks better", I mean the "appearance"

Whats your budget my friend. For the questions you were asking, the power supply you should get the corsair cx500m, for the cooler I like the 212 evo, its as good as the h100i. For the storage, in my opinion hybrid drives are pointless, I recommend going with a 120gb ssd and a 1tb western digital hdd. For the case, get the 300r and if possible the 300r windowed if possible. Its around the same price as those two cases. Here you go for the ram http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cml8gx3m2a1866c9b plus it will fit under the hyper 212 evo. And yes with this build, you will be able to play games on ultra. THough I recommend going with the asua z87 a for the motherboard instead. Its more expensive but its really worth it especially if you want to overclock later on.

First, get DDR3 1600 memory.......noticeable difference, you will be glad you did. Now on to your questions:

1. The style/type of CPU cooler you get will depend on how hard you intend to overclock. The 212 EVO is good for light to moderate overclocking. If you want to oc as much as your CPU is capable of and remain stable, then I recommend a heavy-duty air cooler such as the Noctua line of performance coolers or a quality liquid/water cooling AIO from Corsair or NZXT.

2. PSU: According to here:

http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

For a system running a single GTX 770 you will need ~ 575W (Their recommendations do NOT include overclocking allowance). Since you plan on overclocking your CPU, I suggest adding 50-100W onto their recommended wattage, so a quality 620-650W unit from Seasonic, XFX, Corsair (except their CX series) or Antec will meet your needs.

3. For a case I'd recommend looking at the Corsair 500R (White Edition has built in fan speed controller). Regardless, you need to match up your components (motherboard. RAM, aftermarket cooler, GPU and case) as you go along.

Finally, you should have no problems gaming at (or near) max settings with an i5/GTX 770 on a 1920 x 1080 monitor.

My budget is 1100$-1200$ with taxes (50$) and shipping (25$)
I'm canadian, so if you send me a link to a product, can you check if it is available and at the same price in Canada? The power supply smorizio recommanded is 90$ here :\ I'll buy the components on ncix.ca using price match to get the lowest prices.

I'll try to find a 600w or more power supply, do I need a bronze one? Or a 80+ is enough? (I don't pay for the electricity anyway).
I'll probably go with the 212 evo.
I'll probably go with a HDD and a SSD.
For the ram, can anyone send me a link to the fastest 2x4gb ram under 100$ in Canada? (if possible red, white, black or grey)

For the case, I'm very very very hard to please:
I want a 80$-90$ max Mid-tower ATX case. I want a big side panel window without visible screws and grids. I want it in a black/red color scheme. (I can replace fans with my 2 red 120mm fans if they are blue, green or whatever color).

Thanks to everyone who help me :)

animal: I think I didn't formulated my last post correctly, what I meant was: While I was writing my answer, you and someone else posted, so I posted my answer after you, without seeing your answer. My mind isn't made up, I still want your help.

I wasn't meaning to be pissy, was just interpreting what you had replied as meaning your mind was pretty well made up. Everyone here is more than happy to assist whenever we are able, and if you have questions or concerns about our suggestions/recommendations, then by all means, ask. We (or at least I) will our best to explain things if necessary. Sorry for the confusion..... and if I sounded put-off, I apologize. :)

Alright, let's get back to the subject :)

Which RAM is the fastest (2x4gb) under 100$ (In canada) (that fits with red/black color scheme)

Does anyone have recommendations for the case that fits my "restrictions"?

Do I need a bronze psu? or a 80+ is enough?

thanks!

I won't boot my system often, I'll only put it in "sleep mode", I'll only boot it one time per week. The ssd will be a christmas gift :)
The 770 is more important if I want to play every game in ultra :)

What's about the ram and psu?

RAM compatible with the AsRock Z87 Pro4 (DDR3 1600, 1866 and 2133 8 GB kits):

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/parts/memory/#R=5,4&s=301600,301866,302133&v=1500&z=8192&n=2&C=6,19,56&sort=a9

Cases (Not all have the large side window you desire, but fit your red/black theme):

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/parts/case/#c=19,56,58&sort=a7&s=1&R=5,4,0

PSU: bronze, 80+ (or better) will fit your needs, here are a few I'd recommend, although I'm not a big fan of the Corsair CX series, I'd recommend either a 620W or 650W from this list:

Post 1: " then the 1866/9 will out perform the 2133/11"
Don't know if my english is good, but that beam 1866/9>2133/11 right?
They are both the same price, and they look same. So I'll take the 1866/9

All I need now is to find a good low price 620w + psu. Is bronze necessary? I don't understand exactly what it means, I did some research, but it is &"%??$ hard to understand. If I use a bronze 620w, it will be as good as a non-bronze 620w, but will use more electricity? In this case I don't care because I don't pay for the electricity...
