can my laptop run skyrim? specs below

BRAND-Acer Aspire e1-571-6888

- intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3120M (2.5GHz,3MB L3 cache)

- intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 1760 MB dynamic video memory

-4GB DDR3 Memory

-500GB HDD

4GB RAM

if so please tell me what settings i can run on <3

I would say you might be able to play it at the very minimum settings. Hard to say what the FPS would be though.
Skyrim Minimum System Requirements

OS: Windows 7/Vista/XP (32 or 64 bit)
CPU: dual core 2GHz
RAM: 2GB
HDD: 6GB hard disk space
GFX: DX9c video card with 512MB RAM
OTHER: Internet Access for Steam activation

At the lowest settings you could run it.
I'm not sure if it is possible to upgrade on a laptop, but if it is you should.

yes it will work but only on low setting nd about 30 to 40 fps
