Where is my bottleneck? How can I improve with 300$

Where should I begin to upgarde? I would like to spend around 300$. Here is my current build:

CPU: Sandy Bridge i5-2500k @ 4.4Ghz
Mobo: ASUS P8Z68-V Pro LGA 1155
GPU : ASUS GTX 670 4Gb
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8Gb (2x4Gb) DDR3 x 1600
Power : Corsair Enthusiast TX650
Hard Drive : WD 1Tb 7200 , Samsung SSD 125Gb
Cooling : Corsair Hydro Serious H80

Yes, I play lots of games. For some reason Tera is not performing as well as I want it to.

Then I would say go ahead and buy a new graphics card. OR another 670 and SLI them. Everything else in your system is really good the way it is.
