i was planning to get this Geil EVO POTENZA 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2133MHz +gtx 770 but i thought it would be beter if i get gtx 780 and 8 gb kingston hyper x predator 2400 mhz ram but i cant decide to buy (4gb*2) or (8gb*1) i will add 8 gb ram later which do you prefer ? and::
case : green x-6
cpu : cor i5 4670k
mobo : MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate
cpu fan : THERMALRIGHT TRUE SPIRIT 120

you always want to buy/install your sticks/modules in pairs (either a kit of two or four) in order to take advantage of your motherboards dual channel RAM capability

edit: Haswell CPUs tend to perform better with faster RAM speeds

will it be able to run top games my vgu will be gtx 780 i mean is 8 gb 2400mhz enough??!
