Edit:
xd some of the people are useless on these forums no offense. Fixed the coil whine 100% everything on my motherboard was on the +12V1 rail I used +12V2 rail for the PCI-E power and it no longer makes that noise due to a better flow of electricity I guess
$550 Graphic cards shouldn't make this noise.
When I go into a game I get "coil whine" I guess. So the only way to make this sound go away is to turn vsync on and then you can't hear it because it locks your framerate at 60. However, if you minimize the game (even with vsync on) In bioshock infinite you can hear the coil whine again.

Do all gtx 780s make this noise when getting excessive FPS? Do you think I got a bad card that I should swap for a new one with newegg?
Please turn your volume up to 100% to hear it.
