I have been getting an annoying stuttering effect that I cant seem to fix. Ive had it with every NVIDIA card I have ever owned. Happens on every game I play I get that kind of constant frame latency while moving. The majority of the time was spent running which is the frame latency you can see, while at the end I died so there was a spike and it became smooth as I was watching my killcam. All of my hardware and software has been replaced in the time that I have been troubleshooting this problem. Also I keep an eye on my temps and I assure you they are not the issue. My last upgrade was the CPU and I only felt a very slight improvement, but that could have easily just been a placebo kind of effect in all honesty.
FX-8350 4.5 OC (Replaced FX-6100 4.2 OC)
ASUS GTX 660 DCUII OC (Replaced Elitegroup GTS 450)
GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev 5.0 (Replaced generic HP board)
SP900 SSD (Replaced WD 5900RPM HDD)
Windows 8.1 (Replaced Windows 7 OEM)
