Best cpu for gaming

Solution
for that price, the i3. if you can go a bit higher, the 8320 would be better however, you could always get the i3 (or an i5 4430 or 4440) and get an h81 motherboard. The h81 motherboards are great for budget builds, they are quite cheap but are decent enough. They lack the extra features of better boards but you'll get what you need.

You gentlemen need to stress motherboard requirements. You can't slap an 83x0 on a cheap motherboard and expect long term results or great over clocks... Expect to spend 140+ on a good mother board with it if you want reliable, consistent life from your computer.
