GTX 760 isn't working.. what replacement card should I get?

I am returning my EVGA GTX 760 SC 2GB in order to get a new graphics card. Anyone have any suggestions to a card that is similar priced and close in performance that is AMD or a NVIDIA that isn't in the 700 series?

GTX 670=760 or r9 270x

go with a 270x or 280x but please don't take the 670. While it's a good card and all, it's older and previous gen, and if I were you i'd stay away from that...

I'll be frankly straight with you,right now due to the ridicolous prices gtx 760 is your best bet.R9 270x has a lower performance than gtx 760 but is almost the same price

If the fans are running and the computer turns on and a picture shows up when plugged into the card wouldn't that mean it is working? It must be my motherboard, but there's no bios updates I could find.
