Your system weak for modern gaming even at lower settings. If you want a decent gaming performance, you will have to upgrade the whole system. Its ok for general purposes like multi tabbed browsing, watching movies, and general work, but not gaming. PCIE slot on your mobo is old one and is unfit for today's graphics card so I wont advise you to put a card in this system.
So if you just want a faster system, upgrade the RAM to 2 GB. You wont be able to game much with this hardware.

I wont lie to you, this is a very less budget for even a very "budgety" build. Moreover "budget" and "gaming" dont fit together.

So, at this price, the best you can get is a AMD APU based system which will enable you to play games on low settings on 720p or 768p.

Board-http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-f2a55m-ds2-motherbo...

RAM-http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-ddr3-4-gb-1-x-4gb-pc-ra...

HDD-http://www.flipkart.com/wd-caviar-blue-500-gb-desktop-i...

Power Supply-http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vs350-350-watt-psu/p/it...

Totals to Rs 19212.

I seriously dont recommend this build for a gaming build, even a low end one. But if this is your budget, you cannot get any better than this.
