Hello,
I have a samsung RF711 laptop. A week ago my laptop fall off by a height of one meter and after that i have problems with my battery.
About 80% of the time when i unplug it from the power it shuts down immediately even if the battery shows as full. The other 20% it continues until in random time shutdown again immediately.
When i say shutdown i mean the computer is turn off without a warning.
Is there anything i can do?
