So i was using Catalyst and trying to solve some other problem which had, but kinda made a bigger problem then originally. I'm new to all this overclocking and underclocking so I had no idea whether to raise the the hertz of the memory and gpu higher or lower. First i did it lower and it had a problem saying failure then i raised higher and the com froze and basically screwed my com up. When I log in and try to change the over-overclocking I get weird pixelated screens disallowing me to access any program on my computer. So I'm stuck. I can access my bios and other stuff but I can't access any program to change it. Is there any way of changing the over-clock without using a program and instead hardware?
