Case fans 140mm vs 120mm

I've seen a few threads saying why a 140mm fan is better, but none of them compared them 1 on 1 and on a price tag level.

I'm looking for 2 120mm case fans for the top of my case.

The front of my case can take 1 140mm fan or a 120mm fan. I know 140mm would be better but I can't find a suitable one that is in stock at http://www.msy.com.au/ (south hurstville branch)

Also I don't want to spend over 35 dollars on 3 case fans.
If anyone knows any other stores in Australia around msy that I can just turn up to and just buy then please tell me.

Question: Which case fans should I buy and should I buy 3 120mm fans to keep to my budget?

  1. Larger Fans can be run on lower RPM while maintaining high air flow i.e CFM hence low noise. You can easily mount 2 Corsair SP-120mm quiet edition fans or Noctua 14 series fans on the top of your case.

Those 2 fans are a bit expensive if I were to buy 1 140mm fan as well.

    http://www.mwave.com.au/product/bitfenix-spectre-140mm-black-nonled-pwm-fan-ab53108

Also I want 2 led fans for the top of the case so Ill try the cheaper cooler master ones.

    Also what about this?

  5. CFM wise BitFenix Spectre 140mm Black Tinted Blue LED Fan is good as compared to the other option.
