( My questions are listed at the bottom of the post. )
I'm about to order parts for a gaming set up. I've decided to go with

i5 4670k

Asus Z87-Pro V edition

Seasonic 620W PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096

EVGA GTX 770 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130921

Coolermaster EVO 212

Corsair 300r http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139016

plus 8 GB ram and the rest of the other parts that I'd be happy to list if anyone's interested.

My questions are :

a) Will this set up fit inside that case with good air flow?
b) Will the PSU handle the load of the system safely?
c) Will the PSU and mobo be good for light OC?
d) For a budget of roughly $1200 should I be aiming for better gpu and worse cpu or is the balance of the build ok as is?

Solution
All components are good and will fit in nicely in this case. Air flow is nice though you could have gone for Cooler Master HAF series. Could not find +12v related info of this PSU. For your system, you should have PSU with 50+Amps on +12v rail.

I cant seem to find anything about the 12v rail on that psu either. It is seasonic and bronze certified and according to PC partpicker compatible with the system, although I don't know if partpicker checks for the psu railings.

Sorry for late reply. I've searched PSU for your requirements. Pl check them, all are ok for you:

My vote goes to EVGA SuperNOVA PSU because it is tier-1 brand with 4 +12v rails with ample power. Rest is your choice and budget.

I ended making a few changes and lowering the cost by a couple hundred bucks. Instead of an i5 I went with an FX 8320 coupled with an Asus m5a99fx pro mobo and a rosewill hive 750 watt and I also switched out the evga gpu for a gigabyte gtx 770 . ( most of these were in a bundle on new egg) The case is the only part that makes me cringe, it's a ;

Rosewill REDBONE Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Do you think it's got enough room and air flow for the parts? I actually hate the look of it as well since the color scheme inside is mainly blue but as part of the bundle, I'm wondering if it'll do.

I went ahead and purchased the case since it was part of the bundle. After it gets here I might get a better case and try to sell this one off depending on temps. In any case, thanks for your input
