Sony Vaio Vista upgrade - should I put 32 or 64 bit Windows 7 on it?

Have just bought a used Sony Vaio VGN-NS10 L/S with Vista 32 bit. It is for my ageing aunt who can't get on with Windows 8 and I'm upgrading it to Windows 7 for her and putting a bigger hard drive and new ram in. It currently has 3gb of ram and I have bought 2 x 2gb modules to put in, so now have 4gb

Intel Pentium Dual Core T3200
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 4500MHD

Would it be best to put 32 bit or 64 bit Windows 7 on? I know 32 bit won't use all of the 4gb ram, but am not sure if 64 bit would be good with this hardware or not.

Thanks!

Thanks. Yes forgot to mention, all drivers are there for Windows 7, both 64 bit and 32 bit (so they don't make it easy to decide!) It's something I checked before buying this laptop, that the drivers were there for upgrading. So technically then I can install 64 bit and use all my 4gb of ram (4gb is the maximum for the laptop apparently). But I just wondered if anyone who knows about hardware, would know if there would be any issue with my motherboard or the graphics card above, even if the processor is ok for 64 bit (which apparently it is).

I guess, if Sony give drivers for both, then it must be fine to instal 64 bit - so not quite sure why they give 32 bit drivers as well - maybe so someone can do an upgrade from within Vista 32 bit, instead of a clean instal.
