Hello everyone , First of all My PC Specs. are :

Intel Dual core - CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz

4Gigs of DDR2 Ram

Gigabytes DDR2 Motherboard

600 watts PSU

Now my question is, Will GTX650ti works Fine with my Specs. , can I play games like Assassins creed 4, Battlefield 4, Call of duty : Ghosts, Crysis 3. in high setting or how much fps can I get.

Can I insert this graphic card in my DDR2 motherboard As this Graphic card is GDDR5 PCI express 3.0 x16 and my motherboard also have x16 PCI express and what is this (3.0) because this is written on the graphic card box as in the GTX650ti box, it is written that PCI express 3.0 x16

Or one more question, Is GTX650ti 1GB GDDR5 is Good for gaming or not.?

the r9 260x is better at a similar price point but both of these cards can play the games you want at medium 1080p or high 720p perfectly fine.

This is quite an old-system, It will be difficult to enjoy the games you want to on it. You most likely need a whole new system.

PCIe 3.0 works with PCI express older generations so it will work with your board.

x16 is the PCI express speed slot you want you your GPU in.

Couldn't find a chart for Battlefield 4, take battlefield 3 as an example though.

260X at 84.6fps and 650 ti at 62.7fps
