Note: I got extra money to extend my old budget from 700-ish to 1200.

I am thinking of doing video editing and streaming with at least 60+ fps with most of the graphics on high.

$1500 build and you're trusting it to a POS Raidmax case? I wouldn't - Raidmax is among the absolute worst case vendors you could possibly buy from. Get something from Corsair, Fractal Design, or NZXT instead.
