I built my PC at xmas and I've been having this issue for a while where the circle of dots will be spinning around and its says 'shutting down' but it'll just suddenly freeze and nothing becomes responsive. I have to hold down the power button or press reset to get out of it. The weirdest bit is that this is happening in no obvious pattern and sometimes it'll shut down perfectly and sometimes it'll freeze. I've updated my BIOS and all my drivers and tried turning off fast boot in windows but nothing works. Nothing is overclocked either. If this helps the HDD light goes OFF when ir freezes.
