First Off, i already have 2 1366 x 768 monitors here and I wont be buying new monitors anytime soon. (yeah I'm reusing these monitors) What graphics card do i need to nearly max out(maybe without AA) games at this resolution, yeah i know it's pretty low compared to the 1080p standard these days, but I can't afford to replace my dual monitor setup. I was going to buy an R9 270/280 but i realized that using a those cards at this resolution is kinda overkill. (i only play on 1 monitor, the other one is just an extension.

Here are my specs if you want to know:

i5 4670k
Asrock z87 Pro3
G.skill Ripjaws X 1600mhz 8gb
AeroCool Strike X 600w 80+ Bronze modular PSU (it has 2x 6+2pin power connectors)
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1tb

You can do with 260, but frankly I'd go with 270x or 760. These are the lowest current video cards with 256bit gddr5 memory. This do matter.
For your current setup they will be overkill but sooner or later you will switch to 1080p.
Center 1080p + 2x786p (left and right) will make a nice triple monitor setup :)

I cant get the 760 in my country, so ill probably go with the r9 270x

Do you think the r9 270x is any better than an Overclocked r9 270?

270x is like factory overclocked 270. Otherwise they are identical. So you can select 270 but the overclocking is on your own risk.
Check here for direct comparison: http://www.anandtech.com/show/7503/the-amd-radeon-r9-27...
Both are good - choose according your budget and the prices in your country.

There is one R9 270 that has the two power connectors similar to what you'll find on every R9 270X, which is the Gigabyte Windforce R9 270, so I would expect it to have more overclocking headroom.
