I would like to keep at close to $1,200 as possible but if the upgrade is worth it or optional that would help greatly.

I will be using it for Gaming/Streaming. I would love to stream at 1080p but I would like to be able to play/stream games at 720p for the next few years before having to crossfire. Thanks for all the help. If you guys know when video game deals usually come out please let me know like the one around this year that was buy a certain GPU and you got 5 games for free.

I have a Mouse/Keyboard and Monitor. I prefer Intel and NVIDIA GPU.

With NVidia GPUs, I believe there are only a few offerings atm. Probably the next gaming bundles will be with the arrival of the GTX 8xx series due to be released later this year. Currently, al that I am aware of is Free Assassins Creed IV with any GTX 660 or better or free BF$ with some AMD GPUs. Are you wanting an i5 or i7 or an AMD FX CPU?

I'm not sure which would be better for streaming or editing. I prefer Intel so between i5 and i7

I7 4770K with an aftermarket cooler for cool and quiet operation even under full load. The Hyper 212 Evo allows for a mild Overclock if you ever need the extra performance. 16 GBs of RAM to ensure you are set for the years to come. GTX 770 to let you play and stream without hustle, also the 770 comes with some free games, check nVidia website to see them. The motherboard and power supply can easily handle a 2nd GTX 770 for SLI. The Seasonic power supply in the list is 850W, which looks like an overkill, but since PSUs lose some of their capacity over time, the 850W PSU will be able to sustain GTX 770 SLI even if this scenario comes down. SSD for the OS and programs, HDD for storage.

The Cooler Master HAF XM is a case slightly too big, but I like the cooling performance. You can change the case if you don't find it appealing. There is Windows 7 Professional included, but if you don't need an OS you can drop it and save few bucks or you could change to the cheeper (99$) Windows 8 if you can bare the interface.

Cheers.
